There are currently
discussions with a
nationally acclaimed
steakhouse with regards to
locating a restaurant off
the first floor entry lobby.
The restaurant will overlook
the gulf and be linked to a
lobby lounge, bar, and
private dining room. This
signature restaurant brings
to our project a national
reputation for fine dining
in an elegant yet
comfortable setting.
The condominium tower lobby
area includes a VIP check-in
and valet service for
arrivals.
Across from the resort on
Front Beach Road is the
retail building. The first
floor houses the main
arrival lobby featuring a
user-friendly check-in area
with personalized service as
well as self-service kiosks
permitting guests to
expedite check-in by
registering themselves.
Looking past the
main arrival lobby,
you see the Grand
Lagoon Pool where
guests can relax in
the water while
watching the

On the way to the escalator,
you might shop for food
items at the Garden Market

Continuing on, you arrive at
our signature coffee house,
certain to become a popular
meeting place for owners and
guests.
The second-floor mezzanine
houses a food court designed
with teen-age patrons in
mind. A pizza shop, sub
shop, and ice-cream shop,
supported by a video game
parlor and a music system,
meet their leisure time

Arriving by escalator at the third
floor, you have a choice:
To the left you see Beach’s, another
dining option for your family.
Beach’s has patio balconies
overlooking either Front Beach Road
or the Grand Lagoon Pool for outdoor
dining. Adjacent to Beach’s is the
Lime and Coconut Restaurant and
Lounge, also with a balcony patio.
Want to truly dine in? Room service
from our vendors is only a phone
call away.
To the right stretches the Skywalk
across Front Beach Road. Newly
enlarged to better accommodate guest
traffic and activity, the sky bridge
is a focal point for the project.
Angled green glass walls and an
arched roof define the Skywalk as a
readily identified, unforgettable

Coming attraction: in 2007, the
resort will open a full-service
convention center that will allow
members of the rental program to
take advantage of group marketing.
With these added amenities, there is
no doubt that Emerald Beach Resort
and Spa will be the most featured
resort along the Emerald Coast for
many years to come.
Our current schedule, allowing for
completion of the Skywalk and
arrival lobbies, is to begin closing
Phase I units in March of 2006 with
final closing no later than April
15, 2006. It is anticipated that
Phase III units begin closing on
April 1, 2006; several floors will
close at a time, beginning with the
lower floors. All Phase III units
should be closed no later than July
1, 2006. Please make the necessary
arrangements to close your unit(s)
based on these time frames.

The entire 4th floor is
devoted to personal comfort
and well being, whether you
pamper yourself in the
luxury spa and or use the
fully equipped fitness
center for daily exercise.
A swimming pool and
whirlpool spa located on the
6th floor of the parking
structure offer additional
