Please read. General Information:
This condo was totally renovated June 2005. New bed with
pillow top mattresses, all new painting, mirrors, light fixtures, granite
counter tops, cabinets, artwork, 2 new TV’s, stereo/cd player, DVD’s, etc. As
you can tell this home is like brand new. Please help us keep it that way.
Luggage: There is a hotel cart
and shopping buggy to use outside next to the elevators. Please be courteous and
unload and return them asap as other people may need them.
Trash: The dumpster/rubbage drop
is next to the elevator on the left.
Laundry: The laundry machines are to the right
of the elevator on the main level. If you need change you can put a dollar in
the drink machine next to office and press the change/refund button and it will give
you back 4 quarters.
Parking: You must go to the
office and register your vehicle It will cost $10 per vehicle. Or risk being
towed. If you arrive after office hours just go by the next morning.
Music: Please be courteous
with volume levels and don’t disturb your neighbors.
Sleeping: This condo sleeps 2 in
the king bed and 2 more in the queen pull out sofa. Sheets and pillows are in
the bedroom closet.
Air Conditioning: Due to all the awesome views
from the walls of windows the heat load in the afternoon is too much for the AC
to overcome. Please adjust the blinds behind the sofa and next to dining room
table to block the sun. Rule of thumb; if the sun light is hitting the sofa or
the floor it
will generate too much heat.
Check out: Check out time is
10:00 on the day of departure. Turn off all lights. Please leave the key on the
kitchen counter and lock the door with the knob. After our inspection your
deposit will be returned.
Now the fun stuff! The sunsets here
are Awesome. The view speaks for itself. You can take a beach stroll to the
right and eat at Pineapple Willie's on the beach. (next door) And of course
awesome restaurants and golf. If needed the phone book is located in the TV
cabinet in the living room. Enjoy your stay and have a Great Vacation. Starla

BAD WEATHER In case of storms or high winds
please stack the patio chairs next to the rail and turn tables up side down
under the chairs. There are two bungie cords on the rail to secure chairs to
rail. This will prevent the glass doors from being shattered during a storm.
