Panama City Beach is experiencing a great deal of development and
big players are making sure they are there. Intrawest, an
international resort company, is there in a big way doing SeaHaven.
Word on the street is that Disney is planning a concept community
and Busch Gardens is planning an entertainment destination.
About 1,100 people a day move to Florida!
Florida experienced the largest numerical population increase
between 2004 and 2005, as its population rose by 404,000 people.

2. Location.
This is "location, location, location". Where is the location within
the market. Gulf views are a better location than without. Proximity
to other amenities such as dining, fishing, golging, shopping etc
make for a better location. Not to mention that we have 26 miles of
sugar white sand beaches ranked in the top 20 beaches of the world
and consistantly ranked in the top 10 in the USA.
Panama City Beach is in its infancy when you consider all the
incredible things planned for the area.
- A new international airport
- nearly 1 million square feet of retail in Pier Park by the same
organization that developed Mall of America
- tens of thousands of acres rumored to being purchased by Disney
and Busch Gardens
6,000,000+ and growing visitors a year can't be wrong.
