Sunny Daze is a new and beautiful
designer decorated home just 250 yards from the beach.
A short walk from two tennis courts, a kids' playground, and one of three
swimming pools in Carillon Beach, you'll never be at a loss for activities for
the whole family.
Carillon Beach has a beautiful downtown community where you can enjoy
shopping, restaurants, or ice cream with the kids.
The home is beautifully appointed and has all bamboo floors. All bathrooms
have travertine floors and granite countertops. The ground floor includes a
large living room with plenty of space and a "sleeper" chair. The beautiful
kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating, and is
completely equipped. A guest "kids" room with twin over full bunk beds, full
bathroom, and TV/VCR/DVD/Nintendo is a great retreat. The screened-in porch with
sofa and chairs makes evenings especially enjoyable.
The second floor includes a guest room with a queen bed and attached full
bath. The spacious Master bedroom has a king bed, double vanity bathroom, and
private porch. The laundry room is located on the second floor as well. All
rooms have plasma televisions and DVD players. In addition to a computer with
internet service, adult and child's bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wheeled
cooler, sand toys, DVD movies, games, and books are provided.

Directions from the Hathaway bridge;
Take back beach road / Panama City Beach Pkwy and follow to the west end of
beach. When you come to where front beach and back beach intersect Carillon will
be on the left just past the red light. Go to the second entrance and tell the
guard you are going to 140 Parkshore Dr and he will let you in.
Directions from Destin;
Take Hwy 98 past the intersection of Hwy 30A and cross over the bridge at
Phillips inlet and Carillon will be on the right.
