What CitiStar Rentals Will Do For You

  • Write flattering property descriptions highlighting features that set your property apart from the rest
  • Determine appropriate photos to best represent your property
  • Do market analysis to determine competitive rental rates for different seasonal periods (rates are owner approved prior to publication)
  • List your property on 1, 2 or 3 different internet rental sites including availability calendar and guest book
  • Respond to all rental inquiries received both by phone and/or email usually within hours
  • Obtain signed rental agreement from  each renter prior to their stay  (no one else does this)
  • Obtain prepaid funds from renter including booking and security deposits
  • Arrange for easy check in and check out with our 24/7 keyless entry systems (renters love it! Great for late arrivals)
  • Arrange for turnover cleaning services & any other special cleaning services needed ie. Carpet cleaning
  • File all monthly tax reports to tax authorities.
  • Pay the monthly Taxes due up to 3 different tax authorities.
  • Handle repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Update each website monthly recommending competitive specials for slow periods
  • Issue you a check monthly by the 15th
  • Return security deposit to renters 7 to 10 days following checkout inspection
  • Follow up with renters to secure future repeat bookings
