This condo was totally renovated July 2004. New beds with pillow top mattresses, all new painting, mirrors, light fixtures, 2 new TV’s, DVD’s, etc. As you can tell this home is like brand new. Please help us keep it that way. Codes: The gate code is 58601. When you punch it in the gate will open. You don’t need a code to leave. The elevator code is 58601#. Punch in the code and you will get a green light then press up button on elevator. The stairway code in case of a power failure (press #2 & #4 together then#3) The Beach gate code is C586. Then turn the knob.For your convenience the codes are located on the key chain. Also on key ring is the pool bath key to access the rest rooms at the pool. Luggage: There is a hotel cart and shopping buggy to use outside to the left of elevators. Please be courteous and unload and return them asap as other people may need them. Trash: The dumpster is across the street in our overflow parking lot. Please bag all trash and deposit it in dumpster. There is a pedestrian gate on the end which uses the same gate code. 58601 Parking: Do not park in reserved parking under the building. Your car will be towed. If it is covered don't park there. Only 2 cars are allowed. The two parking permits provided must be displayed in window. Don’t forget about the overflow lot across street if needed. Music: This condo is equipped with a built-in stereo system. The receiver is located below living room TV. It is also a cd player and a DVD for the TV. Do not adjust the volume at the unit it is preset. The volume can be turned up with speaker controls on the wall in each room. The power button is on the left. (leave in stereo mode at all times for proper operation) Each room and the balcony has a volume switch. Please do not tamper with the push button panel on sofa wall, we keep all 8 zones on and control from each room. Please be courteous with volume levels and don’t disturb your neighbors. Sliding doors: The glass sliding doors are very heavy and as a result harder to open. We do not lock them. From the inside it is easier to push open with the large rail on the right side. From the outside you may have to use both hands to open. The doors will not lock automatically. Sleeping: This condo sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more in rollaway beds located in master closet. Sheets and pillows are in the guest closet. Please be careful not to bang up the walls with rollaways. Check out: Check out time is 10:00 on the day of departure. Turn off all lights. Please return the key to Joni's Beach Rental's, lock the door with the knob. After our inspection your deposit will be returned. Now the fun stuff! The sunsets here are Awesome. The view speaks for itself. You can take a beach stroll to the right and eat at Spinnakers on the beach. (10 minute walk) And of course awesome restaurants and golf.
